When I first did WW I lost ...I can totally relate. When I first did WW I lost a lot and saw a drastic difference. I was really motivated then because the change was all so new and I had no other action plan to make the scale go the other way. The important thing is that we get back on the horse every day. :) I believe that if we eat right for the most part, a little cheat day here and there should be minimal in the grand scheme of things.
